What you will own
- Track and audit extraction sync jobs for public creator post lists.
- Verify calculating formulas for cross-platform engagement comparison curves.
- Support customer-support desk coordinators in correcting public statistics discrepancy tickets.
What success looks like in the first 90 days
STAGE 01
Document the Instagram CDN proxy extraction architecture.
STAGE 02
Run test audits across 100+ public profile snapshots.
STAGE 03
Implement alert workflows for monitored competitor channels.
Required Skills
- Basic SQL, Python, or Javascript scripting skills.
- Strong understanding of social platform metrics (engagement, view indexes).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced founder-led environment.
Helpful experience
- Familiarity with Apify scraping actor setups.
- Prior support operations experience.
