- Chargeback DisputesPayment records are cached temporarily to resolve open disputes with Stripe or Razorpay.

- Suppression listsWe retain MD5 hashes of removed public profiles to ensure they are never re-crawled.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is account deletion permanent?
Yes. Once processed, your account data cannot be recovered. Backups containing your data are completely overwritten within our 30-day backup-rotation cycle.
Does account deletion cancel active billing?
No. You must cancel active renewals on the Billing page first to ensure no future charges are processed. Alternatively, checking the terms checkbox authorises immediate plan cancellation without proration.
Can I remove a profile if I do not have a CreatorSift account?
Yes. You can submit the Public Profile Removal request form without logging in. You must verify ownership by pasting a temporary code in your channel bio or profile description.
Will exported reports be deleted?
We purge all hosted reports inside your workspaces, but we cannot remove PDF/CSV files that you have already downloaded to your device or shared externally.
