Feature availability is determined strictly by your active subscription plan. Feature scopes may differ across different platforms (e.g. YouTube vs. Instagram).
We may from time to time offer experimental, beta, or pre-release features. These are provided 'AS IS' for testing purposes, carry no SLA, and may be modified or withdrawn at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to change or withdraw any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee permanent integration paths if third-party platforms modify their APIs or webpage layouts.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and managing security details:
You must select a strong, secure password and prevent unauthorized disclosure of your credentials.
You are fully responsible for all activities occurring under your account, unless unauthorized access is directly caused by a security failure on our part.
You must immediately report any suspected security breach or unauthorized access to our support desk.
CreatorSift reserves the right to terminate active sessions, require password resets, or enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) to safeguard account environments.
CreatorSift allows users to create collaborative team workspaces:
The creator of the workspace acts as the Owner and holds full authority over team member invites, seats, permissions, and billing.
Workspace Owners are solely responsible for verifying the email addresses and roles of invitees.
If a workspace member is removed, their access is terminated immediately, but the Owner retains ownership of all data logs and profiles generated by that member within the workspace.
Seat limits and sharing rules are enforced based on your subscription tier.
Users can submit public links of creator profiles to initiate tracking scripts:
You must only submit public, non-restricted social media handles or channel URLs.
You represent that you have the lawful authority to submit these links for analysis under applicable regional frameworks.
You are strictly prohibited from submitting links to private accounts, deleted profiles, login-protected groups, or content you are not authorized to view.
By submitting a profile link, you grant CreatorSift a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, cache, and display metrics from that profile to service your workspace.
CreatorSift calculates reports based on publicly visible webpage source data and official API responses.
Data Delay: Public statistics can carry processing delays and platform sync lags. Historical curves are estimates and do not guarantee real-time updates.
No Security Bypass: We do not log in to private creator accounts, decrypt metadata, or bypass security screens.
Correction & Removal: If you are the legal owner of an analyzed public page, you can request its correction or suppression from our lookup indexes.
Retention Limits: Wiping a profile handle from CreatorSift does not delete it from the parent network. You must modify your privacy settings on the original platform to prevent future scraping.
Auto-Conversion: Trials may require payment details and will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period expires.
Promotions: Promo codes are limited to one per customer and cannot be combined or transferred.
You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time:
Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. You will retain access to your plan until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
No Partial Refunds: We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing period, except where required by local consumer protection laws.
Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending dispute resolution.

If you submit comments, workspace notes, or product suggestions:
You retain ownership of any custom notes or strategies written inside your workspace.
By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use your suggestions to improve the platform without compensation to you.
