How quickly will CreatorSift respond?

Our response target is within 24 business hours. Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST (Asia/Kolkata).

Can I request a CreatorSift demo?

Yes. Simply choose the Sales and Agency contact option and specify your managing profile sizes, and our sales coordinator will schedule a screen-share session.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your Account Billing portal. Please note that subscription cancellation is managed separately from account deletion.

How do I remove a public creator profile?

Do not submit creator profile removal requests via the support form. Please use our specialized Data Deletion Centre portal (/data-deletion).

How should I report a security issue?

Do not report platform vulnerabilities through the standard contact form. Send details securely to our dedicated security email: security@creatorsift.com.
